Internal Sales Team
Provide sales and admin support of Power Protection products and applications
Commercial awareness
Electrical engineering knowledge + sales
Calling leads
Development of customer base
Knowledge of power protection products
South East
Will negoiate within the region of 26k base plus commission

To participate in preparation of tenders and quotations with liaison from external sales engineers, or for enquiries received in by the office.
To collate and accurately assess the technical, commercial and contractual requirements of customer orders for products and related services ensuring that they match quotations supplied.
Also co-ordinate activities for order entry for these products. This task will only be required on occasional basis.
If required to maintain company price book for all businesses.
Good Telephone manners are an essential part of the role.
Accept customer orders in compliance with company quality procedures.
If required carry out correct entry of customer orders onto the company computer system.
When required, provide technical support for internal and external customers relating to product specification,
installation and availability.
Providing support for internal and external customers with enquiries relating to the position.
Answer incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
Manage archiving of all records relating to the operation of the position.
Maintain a professional and flexible attitude towards the company and it's customers and other team members.
Ensure customer satisfaction levels are continually improved.
