Working with one of the country's most up and coming practices in the UK today, our client has been enjoying much success in a number of areas, particularly within educational and healthcare.
Their current needs calls for an experienced Structural Engineer, probably currently at either Senior or Principal Engineer level.
In more detail the role will involve managing and developing the company's structural engineering practice to serve the needs of the group on educational and healthcare projects.
You will have responsiblity for the full technical output of the structural engineering team to ensure the preparation of technically sound designs that meet all appropriate technical standards and regulations and integrity.
Additonally take on full responsiblity for the performance management and career development of the structural engineering staff, to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Ensure that appropriate practices and procedures are used and contribute to the development of the appropriate new practices and procedures as necessary.
You will work as a team with the Architectural, Building Services, Project Management and Commercial team principals to deliver a fully coordinated multi discpline service where appropriate.
