Introduction

West Midlands Police currently employ over 3000 specialist employees to undertake posts that include accountancy, call centre, crime bureau, finance, fingerprints, force intelligence, legal services, personnel, press and PR, scenes of crime and transport. They meet the challenge of supporting operational police officers at Police Headquarters, Civic House and the 21 Operational Command Units throughout the West Midlands area.
