FEA Engineer required for a leading and ever expanding Organisation based in Gloucestershire that operates in the Aerospace, Aviation, Defence and Rail Industry to name just a few. The position is paying a Basic salary of between £30k -£40k dependant on experience. The company also offers a fantastic bonus scheme. £3k - £4k is seen as easily achievable in the first 12 Months. In the 2nd year the expected bonus is £5k+ The position is looking to 'mould' someone into eventually managing their own team
