- JOB PURPOSE: To provide cost measurements and budget forecasts measured against tenders or estimations of work completed. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: B.Sc./HND/HNC or Equivalent Education Associate Membership of Relevant Engineering or Business Institution (Preferred) Experience in petrochemicals, module construction or offshore industries with offshore experience desirable. Minimum of 4 years experience is considered necessary to provide the incumbent with the depth and range
