Description :

This building services contractor in Barnet north London requires an M & E Quantity Surveyor for a 6 month contract position. The projects that you will be working on will mainly be New Build and refurbishment and the value of the projects will be around £500 - 850k. Although this is an M & E position most of the present projects are very much on the Electrical side so you will need to have an Electrical bias. Most of the work is based out on site in Central London and the west end
